A story of family trauma, soul contracts, and the remembrance carried through sibling love and loss.
THIS IS THE STORY MY BROTHER AND SISTER LEFT BEHIND—AND THE ONE WE WROTE THROUGH ME.
This book is a reckoning. A resurrection. A braid of grief and spirit. A revealing of the unspoken things that live inside family lineages, and what it means to return to them with eyes wide open.
My brother Jesse was murdered.
My sister Aimee ended her life.
My mother died suddenly.
And I was left holding the threads of a family line unraveling straight in my hands.
Stay Awake is the story of what happened next. Of what came through the obliteration of my heart. Because the only way to survive the kind of loss I’ve known is to be emptied. And then—to let the sacred fill you.
Stay Awake is a record of that filling.
THIS BOOK BELONGS TO
THIS BOOK BELONGS TO
This book is for anyone who’s carried the weight of unspoken family pain. The secrets, the silence, the trauma passed down like inheritance.
It’s for those who’ve lost a mother, a father, a sibling—especially the ones who’ve stood in the hollow space left by a brother or sister.
It’s for the ones who still feel them.
In the quiet.
In the room.
In the marrow.
Even when the world says they’re gone. It’s for those who are in the midst of their own journey with loss and need a mirror. Not to reflect grief as sorrow, but as a sacred teacher. Sacred destroyer. Sacred revealer. The kind of reflection that shows it doesn’t just break you—but rebirths you.
And finally, for the ones ready to go on a journey of unbecoming everything in order to remember the truth of who they are.
THE OFFERING
Stay Awake is available in two forms:
1. A 5.5x8.5 hardcover edition (250 pages)
2. A spoken audiobook experience, recorded in my own voice.
They are both the same price because they both required the same labor of love, loss, and spiritual reckoning to bring into the world. The spoken version—recorded in my own voice—is a transmission from embodiment. The stories inside this book were not written from theory. They were written from collapse. From memory. From the places grief took me and the parts of myself I met there.
This offering is about the deepest return of my life. One is read. One is heard. Both are felt.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT FORMAT.
It’s about frequency.
When I set out to create this book, I knew it had to come entirely through me. No borrowed hands. No outside energy. Every part. Every word, the cover design, even the handwritten title. This isn’t just something I made. It’s something I lived, survived, and I needed to carry it all the way through.
MEET THE AUTHOR
My work lives at the intersection of grief, spiritual remembrance, sovereign alchemy and ancestral repair.
I am a mother, a storyteller, speaker, and a grief-split woman who learned how to make beauty from the very things that obliterated me.
I offer Stay Awake to anyone who is ready to feel what they’ve buried, to say what no one else in the family could, and to stay awake to the truth that’s pulsing beneath it all.
